You're right. I have my guy change the oil & filter once a year for the
BJ9's MOT. Remember, when the oil is dirt coloured, it's much easier to
read the dipstick. Just so happens my Audi's dipstick has a brown coloured
plastic end on it, so strangely it really doesn't help much. ;)
