<html><body><div>I've been driving Austin Healeys and other British sports cars
for ye=
ars and I never let the car warm up. I start it up, make sure the oil pres=
sure gauge shows I have pressure and drive off. Not sure if this is the ri=
ght way or not, but it's always worked for me and none of my cars ever suf=
fered any oil related damage. I was told in the 1970's to keep the revs ar=
ound 2 grand if possible when first running, don't let it warm up under or=
right at 1K and don't over rev it either. Worked and works for me. Lots o=
f miles on all of my cars. Tough to drive though when holding the choke le=
vers up by hand! <br></div><div>Steven Kingsbury<br data-mce-bogus=3D"1"><=
