You need to remove the speedometer face. To do that you need to remove
the needle. To remove the needle, put your little finger into one of the
holes at the back, then hold the drag cup and twist the needle slightly,
it will come off. If it doesn't, it's an other story we can discuss if
that happens. Then you have to recalibrate it when you put it together
again.
Be careful, it's easy to break things. And don't lube too much, oil and
grease attract dirt.
