[Healeys] Converting to Negative Ground

I am plannning in converting my BN2 to Negative Ground....

Any special
considerations ??

I am in the process of assembling the car, so I think this
is the time to do 
that move. 

I am going to put an alternator inside the
case of the dynamo so I should not 
consider any problems in the regulator...
Starter Motor, heater motor, wipers , etc ???
