I wonder if the 100 was delivered to "non-Fahrenheit" markets with a water temperature instrument calibrated in celsius. The original parts list mentions only one, most probably "Fahrenheit", instrument. I wonder if this was really the case, because this would have been very unusual for cars that were destined for the European main land.
