Hiking in the woods with a GPS is useful if A. You plug in your starting point B. walk in a straight line from your starting point C. Return in the same straight line to your starting point D. Don't walk in the shadow of a mountain and lose antenna signal E. Do it in daylight or have a flashlight at night. How do I know this...let me count the ways....
