B/4 We bought our property in Port Townsend, WA, I went to a local service 
station, and asked if they did Smog Tests (we were moving from California, 
and had 3 3000s and a hopped up Ford pick-up that I had to take a lot of 
stuff off to pass the CA smog test)).  They said "What's that?"   This is my 
kind of town.  :-)  I think the Seattle area has testing, but don't know 
anything about it.
