Michael,
the company (123ignition) has already been around for some five years and with
their enthusiasm to develop new parts for our classics (injection systems, new
generation of electronic distributors) and heavily increasing outlet within
the last months I bet they'll still be around in 20 years.

I have Mallory Unilites on both my Healeys and have no complaints. I carry a
spare module and cap with me when on the road though Mallory parts are
easily obtained most everywhere.
The 1-2-3 is an interesting and handsome unit--the concept of being able to
adjust curves electronically is interesting but I do wonder about whether the
company will be around in five years.
