RE: BN1 front brake cylinder bore

According to my Girling parts list
BN1 up to 221403 were 1"
BN1 from 221404 were 7/8"
BN2 went back to 1" again.

Rears are 1" throughout.

Isn't that interesting.  So I guess the next question would be 'which gives
the better brake balance'?
