zinc chromate primer

i think california must have put a stop to selling chromate primer because they 
had a bunch of it in the paint store i use last week.  they were selling it for 
5 bucks a quart.  i bought the 5 quarts they had and they told me all the paint 
they had on sale came from california because they could not sell it there.  
lots of various paint supplies really cheap.    i have a feeling pretty soon 
all paint will be water based.   heaelymanjim
