I replaced the 160 degree thermostat with a 180 one today. I found a white/clear jelly like substance in globs on top of the thermostat and in the aluminum elbow. Up to this point I was using plain water a coolant. What do you think this is? Should I be concerned about it? TIA, Ned Smith BJ8 near Chattanooga, TN N34.89, W85.47 |
