The printer has NOTHING to do with the post office. Do you think they leave
the printers all torn up?
You are right in one sense. Get another Postal Service.
And you are right in a second way. Competition would be a great incentive
for this inept post office to do something right.
And Rich is right on. If you don't like the current situation, contact your
delegate. The officers have NO authority to spend money until the delegates
approve it.
