Roadster Door Trim

I am installing a Heritage interior trim kit in my BN1 and now I am up to
the doors. There are no instructions and I can't quite figure out how to do
them. Can anyone describe the installation of the vinyl on the interior of
the door? Is it simply glued flat to the interior? Any help appreciated.
