Oh yeah. I had mine recored with a modern serpentine core and an extra row of tubes in it. It idles at 190-200 in the 4th of July parade and traffic on a 90 degree day. Well worth the effort. There's a good shop in Mars, Pa that did the work and I highly recommend them. He restored the tanks and rebuilt the whole thing under $300. Dave 67 BJ8 |
