I expect that many will have an opinion on this...
I notice that many, particularly visually-restored, Healeys are run
without front license plates. This even in states requiring two plates.
I presume that it is for aesthetic reasons that the front plate is not
installed.
My approach is to reduce the potential of providing an officer with a
reason to make a traffic stop or issue a traffic citation.
What experiences have you had, with law enforcement agencies, when a
"required" front plate isn't used?
