Subject: | 100-4 BN1 - what's the word on brake drums? |

Hi, again, I'm working on my friends BN1 with him and we've got brake drum problems. The brake hydraulics are air bubble free, but I still can't get a solid pedal. With the car in the air, I can spin the wheels, and my friend pushes the brake pedal normally, and the wheels stop. I just can't adjust the shoes very close to the drums without them dragging at certain points in their rotation. Does anyone make new BN1 four stud drums, or have guaranteed ROUND used ones? Sincerely, Paul B. |
