I've watched it several times now and have a couple of comments. Not to
diminish it as either automotive derring-do or as a film, but:
Very-low-mounted wide angle lens makes the car look like it's going faster
than it really is. If you were pulling, say 6000 in 4th down the boulevard
wouldn't you be passing those Peugeots a little faster than that. Look at
the tops of the trees going by and see whether the speed looks like 4th or
5th gear in any kind of Ferrari.
The sound is really realistic in a couple of places, like going thru the
building, but when he shifts up thru the gears, the car doesn't seem to be
going that much faster for all the shifting.
The ride is amazingly smooth--wouldn't you think a Ferrari going over those
cobblestones might shake the camera a little?
