Pattern for Dash Top

Healeyites,
  Does anyone have a pattern for the plywood substrate of the dash 
top for a Longbridge BN4...(I don't know if it's any different from any 
of the other models)?
  I need to rebuild mine as it is delaminated and the ends are rotted 
away.
  Also, in previous threads adding in-line fuses to some circuits.
 Which circuits are those in need of the added protection?
