 This entire thread reminds me of a controversary years ago when I owned a
boat and there was a movement to prohibit the dumping of human waste
overboard from small boats (I had a 22 footer with a port-a-potty). There
 was a long article in one of the boating magazines asking the question
that if we really wanted to keep the oceans clean, who would diaper the
whales.
