I've come across two of these manuals - must be from the early days of the
3000. Outside they say 100-Six (BN7 and BT7) but inside, the two I have seen
have all the pages labelled 3000 - BN7 and BT7. They probably had the covers
made up before they decided to change to the 3000 badges - just like early
3000's have 100-6 badges.
