Hi Scott,
I use one of the cheapo cameras in my gt6, mounted from the rear roll
hoop. It does a much better job catching me flail around behind the wheel
than catching action out on track. I'm watching this email thread with
interest.
One thing I did that makes life easier is to power the camera from a USB
port wired to the car. No more worrying about charging the camera
battery. The camera powers up as soon as I flip the kill switch, all I
have to do is press record on the remote.
