When I broke the front axle and blocked the left front wheel from that, I f=
elt lucky that I made the car going round the corner to the front straight.=
Wouldn't made me happy to touch any guard rails.

Back when the "blue bush" was installed, many of us no longer raced there..=
. originally the fence was literally at the edge of the track surface all t=
he way around the track.
It was like racin in a blue alley...drop a wheel and total your car as it p=
inballed across the track.
