Very fast indeed. The Spec Miata leaders were running 1:41 +/- as I recal=
l. If you were watching the top 5 cars closely, you saw close, clean, and =
very aggressive, racing.
In fact I=92d say that the field used the tools they had at their disposal =
really well. There was much to learn from watching them. Subtle moves, bl=
ocks, drafting, etc=85 Sure there was some paint that was swapped, but tha=
t is the nature of spec racing, especially when you have that many cars so =
close in performance.
As I said, much to learn from them.

nd broke. Tom Feller finished about seventh. Never saw Ryan after the first=
