It's all the way down at the bottom of all that junk (which wasn't part of the
email I got from SCCA)  But if you can't find it, what the email said was that
the CRB had reviewed the issue and that a response will  be printed in an
upcoming Fasttrack.  (that's the SCCA rules newsletter)
