Well I worked on the TR4 again today. I followed Ed's thoughts and used an
non cogged belt. No squeak now.
I am getting there!!!

Mike: Are you running a cogged belt? I have
found these to squeak more often then non-cogged belts. Try an old style
solid belt if you are using a cogged one.
