I think there are a lot of Prather engines out there in MG's. We don't have
such a ready source or we might have more pro-built motors in our ranks. Then
there is the data that we all share. It started back in the day with Kas, his
comp prep manuals and continues with him and all of us today. WE should be
very proud, and the MG guys can eat those worms.

Running a shop I'm here to tell you that the MG owners are without a doubt
cheaper than most TR owners. I owe this to the fact that MOST MG's on the
road
resell for less then a TR, and command less of an excuse to dump wheelbarrows
of money into them. The MGB was the Miata of it's day. I'd venture to say
that
the TR was the Z3 of it's day. If not for Spec Miata, Miata prices would be
much lower.
