I use a Mitsuba fuel pump. Works fine.
Cheers

Betreff: Re: [Fot] weber fuel pump query
I recommend the tried and true uncle jack pump and regulator - the
holley blue pump with regulator - there are two models of regulator
you can request, the lower pressure one is good for one to four
psi. We went through many combinations before arriving at this.
My experience with the Webers says that they don't like much more
than 2 to 2.5 PSI or you overcome the "needle valve" (really more
like a grose jet). So you end up with a regulator. If you have a
regulator that tries to drop the pressure by only a couple of PSI,
you end up with really hard to diagnose intermittent fuel delivery
problems. If you give the regulator enough pressure to work with,
then it's reliable. That's what the Holley Blue setup does. This
has worked on a number of cars. It's certainly not the ONLY way to go,
though.
As Bill mentions, put the pump next to the fuel cell and the
regulator next to the carbs. Use large fuel line, like -6 (or 3/8").
Here's a link to this setup on the Pegasus website:
