BFE supplies the correct plugs to replace them. I have gotten them from Ken
before after the originals were lost in vatting.

I wasn't aware of that, could very well be true, thanks for the info!
On an engine that's going to be torn down on a regular basis, I would
still consider using AN pipe plugs because they are a lot easier to
remove & replace ie they don't have to be drilled out, and that reduces

the risk of swarf getting trapped in the oil passages.

So the Roadster Factory no longer has them? They reproduced them for a
while.

You can just drill & tap the block plugs & fit pipe plugs. The original
plugs came as a "tootsie roll" stick but they have been unavailable
for
a long time.

Several days back (while on vacation) there were several submissions on
the 2 oil galley plugs in each end of the block and the one in the
head. I am undertaking a full rebuild and upgrading of my motor and
would like to know how you guys remove these plugs before I do
something I might regret! Any help would be appreciated!
