Sure, as long as the casters are good quality and the floor is smooth
and clean. Even a small piece of junk is good-sized relative to a
caster wheel diameter. The wheel has to go over anything it hits and
that means lifting the weight on that wheel over the obstruction using
the lever of the wheel. the bigger the wheel, the easier it is to go
over obstructions. Or you can use soft wheels and deal with a lot of
friction. I assume you're intending to use wheel dollies--most have
small diameters so your floor needs to be smooth and spotless.
