Jack Wheeler developed the Cosworth popup pistons and had Webber in Virginia
make them. I assume that these were the pistons that were in his winning
Runoff engine. I bought four of them many years ago, and am still using them
today. I believe that Weber passed away, and his business was shut down. If I
ruin one of these pistons, I probably wouldn't be able to replace it.
You wouldn't save any rotating mass. These pistons are heavier than the
Hepalite flat top pistons.
