[Fot] speedbleeders? thumbs up or down?

I see lots of testimonials for these things. They seem like a great
idea. But I don't know anyone who uses them.

I'm doing calipers on a couple of cars, so now is the time if
I'm going to install them. Anyone here have good or bad to say?
