At my TR4 I run a 17mm bar at front and a 16,5mm at rear. The rear one is 
adjustable and makes the balance of the car.
So my rear bar is stiffer than the front end.
I use 90N/mm front springs...that is about 510 pounds/inch. Standard leaf 
springs at the rear.
