I finally got a few copies printed for the flow bench that can be 
built at home for about $350. I have three copies left.

If you are interested in having a copy, whether or not you have 
contacted me before, please contact me and I'll actually send you 
one. The cost of reproducing and mailing is $15.

This set of plans was published by Hyperflow a number of years ago. I 
have tried by every means to contact them, but they must be out of business.
