Bob, There are several manufacturers that make radiators which appear to be dimensionally the same. I used a Tru-Kool Radiator 19x22 inches, Speedway Motors part no. 917-347-22. $139.95. This is the Chevy type, since it has the outlet on the right to avoid the steering box on a TR3. You might want the Ford type for a car with rack and pinion. How is the new race car coming along?
