Although I have detailed 1962 cars above for the purposes of direct
comparison, it should be noted that Heralds (1959 - 1971) had different
engines/specifications, from 948cc up to 1296cc with differing power outputs
ranging from
34.5 bhp (net) up to 61 bhp (net).
Similarly, Vitesses (1962-1971) also had several engines/specifications,
ranging from 1,596cc up to 1,998cc with differing power outputs from 70 bhp
(net)
up to 104 bhp (net).
TR4s (1962-1964) were only offered with the 1,991cc engine producing 100 bhp
(net) at 4,600 rpm.
Hey Joe, I'm somewhat curious as to why you are asking these questions?
You're not thinking of doing what I think you may be thinking of doing are
you?
Just curious.
Best Regards
Lion
