Owner of white TR6 at VTR/TRF Party

All,

Does anyone know the owner of the white TR6 (VA reg,
with hardtop) shown on Blake Discher's web page at:

http://www.blakedischer.com/vtr/autocross.htm

The car looks like it has a tubbed rear-end and some
other interesting goodies that I'd like to know about.
Anyone know of a way to contact the owner, or can tell
us something about this car?
