Uprated TR6 Rear Axle & Hubs

I tried searching the Archives first, but I couldn't find the answer to my 
question. Maybe I didn't search right. Anyway:

Are the stock TR6 rear axle and hubs reliable for street use in a car that 
has a slightly more powerful than stock engine?

If not, does someone make an uprated TR6 rear axle and hub for this purpose?
