In the early '70's , the limitation on suspension pick-up
points was still in the GCR.  Most big TR's were seriously
modified per our discussions and were passing tech anyway.
I remember asking Bill Boemler how he got away with so
much modification and he replied with something like:
Don't you know the GCR doesn't aply if your car is more
than 10 years old?"
