Had a longer reply to this thread, but the computer locked up and I lost
it. Haven't had a chance to look at the entirety of the thread, but I
might have a few small insights into the matter of hydrogen fuel cell
vehicles. As some of you know, I worked for a now-defunct transit bus
manufacturer (still work for them, technically, but only until some
outstanding warranty work is complete); one of our ongoing research
projects was alternative-fuel buses, including hybrid-electrics, and a
couple of fuel cell buses. I might have a few insights into a few of the
problems, benefits, etc., and I'll be happy to reply at length off-list
for the curious.
