Yeah, and they also recently aired a show about Polar Bears that said the
ice is thinner now so the bears can't hunt for seals. I think the way to
really determine which direction we are headed is to add up all the TV
shows pro and con and divide by the square root of the number of times
Emiral (spelling?) says "let's kick it up a notch". I'm going to switch to
just watching the food channel. At least I understand what's going on with
the Iron Chef. Sort of.
But speaking about Triumphs, does anyone know a source for cast aluminum
(or even billet) replicas of the Girling calipers. HMSA is getting testy
about my Wilwoods. Steve Farron, their head tech guy, suggested calipers
from Lotus Racing West in Chatsworth California. But I called John Kuba
there and it doesn't sound like what he has is going to work. He _does_
have some cool sounding semi-vintage brake setups for GT6s and Spits.
Any ideas? I really don't want to go back to those anchor anchors.

Recently, every morning when I crawl out of bed, I have a massive
snow-blowing job waiting of me. That has made me wonder where that
Greenhouse Effect has gone. The Discovery Channel recently aired a
program
about scientists studying the ice formations on a remote island north of
Alaska, trying to determine if another ice age has started. When it does,
one half of the US is supposed to be covered with ice within twenty years.
