Wildwood Master cylinders have the same mounting flange bolt spacing as
girlings, and are available in all kinds of sizes.

About five years ago, when SCCA imposed the dual braking system, I ordered
a 
system from RevingtonTR in England.  It consists of two of the same size 
master cylinders (with clutch cylinder) to work with a balance bar, and
bolts 
right in where the stock system was, with a small amount of metal cutting.

It uses the existing peddle setup.

You have to push harder on the brake, but at that time the instructions
said 
there were no smaller master cylinders available.

I never looked into the Wildwood system.  It might be better:
