If you haven't found an alternative yet, I have a GT6 water pump pulley
from a 71 that you could have. It's a couple hours away, but for
another person circling the track with heater in tow, I'd be happy to
make the run. If you need the piece, let me know and send me your
address, cover shipping and we'll call it square.
I suppose I should introduce myself to the list since I've been lurking
out here for awhile.
My name is Scott Barr. I have a 72 GT6 which I use as a daily driver
and with which I've recently taken a drivers school and done a little
time trialing. I'm hoping to work hard at the time trialing thing for a
couple of years and then move to wheel to wheel when I can (a) afford it
and (b) not kill anyone. I live in Appleton, Wisconsin, I'm 35 and my
co-workers think I'm strangely obsessed with my car. But then again,
their driving experience is limited to automotive appliances. When I'm
not driving, fixing or obsessing about my car, I swim, bike and run, go
rock-climbing, read and occasionally work. Anything else anyone would
like to know?
