Thanks, Mike. I=E2=80=99m not sure how this circuit compares to the 311 but I=
=E2=80=99ll check. One difference I see is that the 311s have a voltage regu=
lator for the instruments. I=E2=80=99ll have to check on the ground for the g=
auge. If there is one, that could cause this problem if it is bad.=20
