The only wheels currently available with a (+) 15mm factory offset that I am
aware of are Panasports. That said, there are many nice wheels out there
which can be made to work, as you can tell from the variety which appear in
photo galleries from Solvang, Shasta and other venues. Since I'm not smart
enough to figure out what effect(s) non-standard offsets may have on my
suspension geometry, nor to devise changes to the camber, caster and toe-in to
compensate, I will stay with the factory offset for my cars.
Dean Apostle
(datsunparts) sells Panasports, and I think you can also order them from the
manufacturer. Last time I checked, Dean offered spoke colors not available
direct from Panasport, and his pricing was comparable. I don't know who else
may offer them.

+ one for not bothering with a re-build kit.
You can get the
original slaves re-sleeved with stainless steel, THEN a
re-build kit.
That
way they'll last forever.
