1st: BC and friend are walking through the forest and emerge into a
mountain glen.
2nd: BC: "Smell that fresh mountain air. I should bottle this and sell it
back in the city."
3rd: Friend: "Who'd be stupid enough to buy that?"
4th: BC: "Same people who buy bottled water."
