If you overdo any liquid, there is a possibility that the engine will hydro
lock.
i.e. the combustion chamber is full of a non compressible fluid resulting in
a violent ceasing of the up and down movement.
A spray pump application is unlikely to cause that but the Seafoam, whatever
it is, either vapourises quickly or isn't able to remain a fluid for long in
the intake/combustion chamber.
