That is some special looking oil! As others have suggested, it may be
product of mixing with coolant. An easy way to test for water in oil is to
flame or heat a small amount to see if water boils out of it. Be careful hot
oil is flammable. I am very curious as to the process that caused the oil
breakdown. I hope you caught it in time before any bearing or lubrication
damage occurred.
