I don't know about you all, but I'd take the advise from Jim.?
This guy Jon Frampton is always professing is knowledge about guages, and I'm
not so sure he knows what he's talkin' about!
Just my 2 cents worth.

If you know anyone in the pressure gauge business, they use a tiny "gear
puller" to remove needles from pressure gauges to calibrate them.
If you could borrow one, it is easy with the right tool.
But some heat could help too.

Hello list,
I'm going to take a stab at white facing my gauges, does anyone know how
to
remove the speedo needle off the itty bitty shaft it's connected to?
It's the
only thing that keeps me from getting at the actual gauge face. Thanks all,
