You have also changed the master cylinder sizes:
Roadster is a 3/4" bore.
S30 series Z is 7/8" bore.
A Datsun 510 has a 3/4" bore, but will require metric fittings to work.
I would also be very concerned if you did not change the fittings on the brake
lines to match the thread on your master cylinder, as Keith pointed out below...
