cabin coolant hose

Seems like the coolant hose in the passenger footwell has a leak...the valve is 
closed from what I can tell, and I have a new hose on there, but after a while 
of driving it leaks a small but steady stream.  I luckily had a rag to catch 
the leak...
  Any ideas?
